The Temple of Jupiter
Only six columns remain, among the tallest in the Roman world, but they convey the scale of this vast sanctuary dedicated to Jupiter.

The Temple of Bacchus is one of the best-preserved Roman temples, with its columns and finely carved decoration, especially above the entrance door.
The Temple of Venus
Set apart from the great sanctuary, the small, circular Temple of Venus surprises with its original layout.
The ancient quarry
On the edge of town, the ancient quarry holds huge cut stone blocks left in place, which give an idea of the Roman builders’ feats.
